How to Make Chinese Green
Bean Casserole
A simple side dish - one of those "American
classics" that your family has been eating for your whole
life. We should probably put the word "Chinese"
in quotation marks too ... Serves 12.
Ingredients:
1 2-quart casserole dishes
2 16 oz. cans green beans
1 can (3 oz.) French's Fried Onions
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of celery soup
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Combine green beans, bean sprouts and soup in a greased
2-quart casserole.
3. Bake 30 minutes.
4. Remove from oven and sprinkle with onion rings.
5. Bake 5 minutes more, or until onion rings have turned golden
brown.
6. Serve warm.
